Mckabro's project is a hamburger joint with a very defined identity and a specific challenge. The space being very small in area, we chose to give it a feeling of spaciousness by covering the walls and the floor with the same material. We use a red tile handmade in southern Mexico that reflects the lights of the space creating an interesting play of shadows and reflections.

The idea is to transport you when you cross the door and position yourself in a completely different space than where you were.
